Good graphics service

Used Design Pickle for some social media graphics. Turnaround was quick, like 1-2 days for revisions. Quality was good. It worked out well for my needs. Would use again when busy.

So happy with my designs!

I absolutely loved using Design Pickle for my new logo design and some business cards! The process was so easy, and my designer really understood what I wanted. They sent over the files super fast too, which helped a lot. I'm telling everyone about this service! Definitely planning on trying the video editing next.

Great value for a new business

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for something affordable but still good quality for my new small business. Design Pickle had a first-month discount which really helped me get started without breaking the bank. I got several email header designs and some banner ads done. The designers were patient with my feedback. For the price I paid, it felt like a really good deal and worth the money. Saved me a lot compared to a freelancer.

Decent service, some issues

I signed up for the Graphics Pro subscription for some digital ad designs. The quality was generally good, and the dedicated designer was responsive, which was a plus. I liked that they offered Adobe source files, made things easy. However, the initial brief took a bit longer than expected to get right, and a few requests needed more revisions than I hoped. It felt a little slow at first to get going. Overall, it's a solid service for the price, but there's still room for improvement in streamlining the initial communication stage.

Anyone know if they actually deliver on the 'unlimited' part? Like, if I'm churning out a ton of social media posts and ad variations, will they keep up?

N Nina 2 months ago
It's unlimited requests in a queue system. You get designs back, give feedback, and they work on the next thing. So you're not getting like 100 designs all at once, but they do keep working through your list.

From my experience, if you submit clear requests, they can be pretty quick. It's more about how many active projects they can handle at once, not literally endless designs instantly. Still, a good volume.

What kind of files do you actually get back? Like, if I need to edit something later, do they give me the source files?

T Todd Q. 2 months ago
Yup, you usually get the source files, like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files. It's in the policies somewhere, that's one of the perks.

They do! You own the rights and get the editable source files. Super helpful for future tweaks or if you want to use a different designer later.

How do these guys compare to Penji? I'm currently with Penji but looking at alternatives for video editing mainly.

B Beth Reyes 2 months ago
I tried both. Design Pickle's video editing felt a bit more polished for my needs, but Penji was pretty good for just basic graphics. Turnaround times seemed similar.

Honestly, for video, DP seemed to have more specialized designers. Penji was okay, but if video is a priority, I'd lean towards Design Pickle. Just my two cents.

Thinking of signing up for the unlimited graphics plan, but need to make sure I can cancel if it's not a good fit. Is it easy to cancel?

C Cody 2 months ago
Yeah, I canceled my first month trial a while back. No issues, just went through the account settings.

They say you can cancel anytime, which is pretty standard for subscriptions like this. I haven't done it myself, but I've read it's straightforward.

Does anyone know if they do special pricing for non-profits? Trying to get some marketing materials done on a tight budget.

C Colin M. 2 months ago
I'm pretty sure they do. I remember seeing something about non-profit discounts on their site or in an email they sent me once. Worth checking their support or FAQ.

Yeah, my friend runs a small charity and they got a special rate. You probably need to contact them directly to apply for it though.

Hey, anyone know how to get one of those first month discounts? I saw something about it but can't find a code.

A Amber Brooks 1 month ago
I got mine through a special link, not a code I typed in. Maybe check if they have any active promotions on their site or if you sign up for a demo.

R Renee E. 1 month ago
Yeah, I think it's usually tied to specific promo links or sometimes they offer it after you've watched a demo. Don't think there are public codes floating around much.

Is Design Pickle legit or is it one of those things that sounds too good to be true? Worried about getting really generic designs.

D David H. 2 months ago
Totally legit. Been using them for a year now for my small biz. The quality is solid, especially if you provide good brand guidelines.

I was skeptical too, but they're real. The designers are actual people, not just AI spitting stuff out. You might get a few misses at first, but once they learn your style, it gets way better.
